1.2 Access. Subject to this Agreement, MAGIC Research grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes.
1.3 Modifications. We may update or modify the Services from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via our website or client communication channels.
2.1 Account Responsibilities. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity occurring under your account.
2.2 Acceptable Use. You agree not to misuse the Services or use them for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to generating or disseminating harmful, discriminatory, or misleading content.
2.3 Compliance. You shall comply with all applicable laws, including privacy, data protection, and export control regulations.
